Couples / Relationship
Therapy
Relationships are one of the most important and challenging parts of life, but years of hurt, betrayal, and resentment can leave couples feeling hopeless and helpless.
Many people wait too long before seeking support, believing that somehow things will just get better and this can result in lasting damage to the trust and safety needed for closeness and connection.
As a clinical psychotherapist, and trained couples therapist, I use a range of proven therapeutic approaches and my decades
of experience to help you heal and reconnect.
If you long for deeper connection, emotional and physical intimacy, harmony and fun in your relationship, couples therapy can help.
I know it's possible to transform relationships and positively change the course of a shared life.
Over the years, I've seen many people
fall deeply and securely in love again.
I invite you to contact me for a chat, or just text or email to make an appointment for your first session. Together we can transform your relationship and open the next loving chapter of your life together.

Neurodivergent Affirming
Psychology
What's most important to me is that you leave therapy with a sense of hope. I want to help you feel empowered to be the person you want to be. I take a client-led approach, meaning that we'll work together to address what you want to work on and I won't push you to discuss anything you're not ready for.
I am neurodivergent affirming in my approach, meaning that therapy focuses on identifying environmental changes that can be made to suit your individual needs, instead of expecting you to change in order to suit the environment.
I'm predominantly trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I also integrate various other therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solutions focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Positive Psychology, and Schema Therapy.
I believe that your well-being and progress should be measured and tracked using data, which is why I use a unique approach called Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). This means that your therapy will adapt to be tailored to your needs. Like shaping clay, I'll help you design a style of therapy that fits your personal preferences and needs.
